Faculty: In Herbarium Institute Of International Hotel Studies faculties are well experienced in different fields of Hotel Operations of the large international luxury hotels. Facilities are highly educated for teaching various departments like Kitchens or Food Production, Food and Beverage Services, Front Office, House Keeping practical and theory classes in English Medium. All lecturers are from Hotel background, so they share more knowledge of day-to-day activities of a Hotel Operation from grass root level. Regular practical classes are done under direct guidance and supervision, as per international hotel standards. Faculties impart more knowledge showing videos on various topics and problem solving situations.

Location: Herbarium Institute Of International Hotel Studies is strategically situated in the western part of New Delhi with Janakpuri West as the nearest Metro Station which is a major hub connecting entire, Delhi/NCR area with the Institute.. HIIHS is in the vicinity of a big park, where we have lot of open area for students to rejuvenate. It is located opposite to Reliance Mall. Due to its location, students from different parts of the country easily reach the institute.

Students of Herbarium Institute Of International Hotel Studies have to undertake maximum of three projects in each year of study towards society upliftment. In this unique and one of its kind activities, students learn to be not only Professional Hoteliers but also a magnanimous citizen. They also learn to understand the meaning of upliftment of Society by participating in events. The purpose of CSR is to give back to the community and provide social value.
