Trimester 1:

Specialization will start from the very first week of the course; you will be trained about the basics and advanced studies of each department like Kitchen Front Office, Restaurant and Bar Operations and Housekeeping along with German Language Level A1 and English Language Level A1.

Trimester 2:

A student will now be ready to undergo in-depth and comprehensive 2 Months’ Industrial Training programmed in a 5 star hotel in India or Abroad along with paid stipend. This training is compulsory and to be done in one major operations department.
